Samsung 64GB EVO+ 80MB/s
I'm using EVO (non-plus version) 48MB/s.
It is a good MicroSD :)

There are a few good brands, but I've only tested these two and they are perfect with no issues.
Samsung EVOS
SanDisk Ultras

Sky3DS Plus flashcard wasn't your best choice because it won't use the full speed on a Micro SD Card, so it literally doesn't matter which card you use for it.

But I recommend one of these: San Disk Ultra/Extreme or Samsung Evo+/Pro+

A new SD card isn't necessarily going to improve the loading times though. I'd suggest that 3DS game cartridges themselves are probably slower. The bottleneck will be the games and console itself.

It's not comparible with, say, Loadiine on the Wii

Oh i just thought it would be... cause loadiine is also compactibly with micro sd cards... but it needs more readingspeed :/ hmmm complycated xD

Sooo it is not nesessery to buy reading speedy cards? With 90mb? ^^

The bottleneck of 3DS game isn't likely to be the SD card. As long as your card isn't exceptionally slow, then it should be the same as a cartridge, Using a faster card isn't going to make it any faster than loading from a cartridge.

On the other hand, the SD interface is indeed the bottleneck with Wii U games.

Soo if i buy a good readingspeed ...the games pop up faster?
Or play any smoother?

Not really directly answering the question here but, since you are on 10.5, have you considered switching to CIAs? You're on a downgradable/"exploitable" version so it's definitely something to think about. You can either install MenuHax + a CFW (on an EmuNAND/RedNAND setup) or install A9LH + a CFW (on Updated SysNAND or EmuNAND/RedNAND).

This way you can have your games on the home menu, no delay switching, and be assured to have good speeds with a good SD card. If you have a New 3DS, you'll even be able to easily run it on the 800+ MHz clock speed with Luma3DS.

I own a Sky3DS v2 (blue button), and there's no going back to that after being CFWed (thanks to A9LH).

Yup, as long as it's not on 11.0 you won't have to go through the hassle of hardmodding.
The whole process does take a while so be sure to free up some time before you get into it. You'll need to use Cubic Ninja (download it to sky3ds+) and ninjhax. All the remaining info you'll need is here: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
