Hacking Browser died in arm9lh

hi all i have luma3ds with sys in 11.0 and i cant use the browser it just gave me the same error as browser hax when it fail even without sd card i tried delete browser app and updating the 3ds with no success any help? i have an european new 3ds

If you have A9LH installed you wouldn't be able to boot without an SD card.
Are you sure you're in CFW?

let me explain, with the 3ds booted and in the home menu i thinked "maybe is something in the sd" so i quit the sd (you can do it in arm9 with out freeze)

yep but is a before of install arm9loader hax and i would loose all the game and the exploit

Yes, you're right. You can take it out of the 3ds AFTER it boot. Try to instal the browser cia. I think that iso site has one thread with it.

With decrypt9 choose restore sysnand with keep A9LH

But i never do this, i don't know if it's works in your situation...

Try another SD, yours might be busted. Did you mess with system titles? Did you write back a pre A9LH NAND (without overwriting A9LH, Decrypt9 lets you do that) after setting it up (to remove downgrade related issues)?

Edit: You would have done this if you followed "the guide".

IIRC installing a outdated browser will prompt you to update again, then update and see if it's working again.
