Hello, i have a 9.2.0.20U 3ds i was wondering how i can install rxtools to inject FBI into the health and saffety to install CIA files

Personally I would suggest you getting A9LH. Its sort of tidious to get finished since you need to dump your OTP and stuff, though the pro's to me outweigh the cons a lot.

This guide is the same one I used and it was great to install rxtools cfw. If you ever want to switch to arm9lh you can use this guide to understand emunand/cfw beforehand

You don't have to install a9lh. It's tedious and it's kinda easy to mess up. Unless you know wtf is happening

No its not easy to mess up. You can only mess uo if you're blind or decide to take your own way in the guide. Just follow it and install a9lh+luma3ds. Its the best

OP, as others have said, the A9LH guide by Plailect is the recommended guide to follow. That said, the guide you are following covers Parts 1 to 3 of the A9LH guide, so there is no point switching guide until you are finished the rxTool guide. After doing so, it's your choice if you want to continue doing parts 4 & 5 of the Plailect/otp/a9lh guide to have the latest hacks.
