Yea, all I do is open the modded texture folder. body drop to the correct cXX file, and drag and drop the content from the texture to the cXX folder. Then I re-build the mod. Grab the files from the export folder, and replace it with the files from the patch folder in my sd card. But then It freezes at the splash screen. That's all I do. Btw I downloaded a texture online.

This problem is still going on for me...
For like, four days now...

Hey, quick question, I notice you've got the dlc characters up amongst the vanilla cast on the css. I did that last night, moving everybody to my liking, but now the dlc characters don't have their battle portraits, stock icons, etc anymore. Just curious if you have that same issue or if it's something on my end.
 
There's something confusing going on. So I'm about to dump Smash 4 through the Wii U steps shown on the pastebin to get textures into the game. The problem is that when loading DDD and DDDKernel on the Internet Browser the object could not be found. I set it up in the same way and entered my IP Address correctly, so I don't see the issue going on here.
 
I noticed for the filename of an announcer call, the file name is snd_se_narration_characall_mario. Does this mean i need to make a SDCafiine folder called snd instead of bgm?
 
In relation to sound effects I don't want to add one but change the voices for different slots. For example I have uncesored corrin for slot c08,c09,c10,c11 but I only get the female corrins for c11 and c09. How would I change the female voice for c08, c10? Also I know you can't delete models but you can shrink them but when I try shrinking cloud's cloth model the animation janks it. I tried deleting all the bones but it still appears around the right leg. Anyone know if there is a way to stop this?

I figured most of it out on my own. I did my homework with the 3DS version a while ago and the WiiU version is pretty much identical.

If you enter a match with multiple alts that use different sound banks, then only one alt's sound bank will load. I'm looking into getting multiple sound banks to load at the same time like Bowser Jr's.
 
To add onto what I said before as it might seem a bit unspecific, when I load DDD and DDDKernel, this text pops up:

Same but I'm starting to think that that has to do with the soundseq file? But then I'm also looking into Corrins and there's litterally only two in there and they alternate by costume.

I've been looking into this Super Smash Bros. Wii U threads for a long time already.
You guys have been offering such a valuable information about mods and I had a great time modding my own game. Everything thanks to you all!

However, I have a little problem. It seems you guys have been talking about the possibility of adding more songs to the game, instead of REPLACING them. That is amazing.
Well, I'm really interested about doing so, but there's nothing I could find about it in Google and I didn't understand which parameters and resources are really necessary in order to achieve such an achievement like that! Hexadecimal codes?! What???

May I ask you to post a tutorial related to this case? It could be really helpful and beneficial for everyone.

Sword's got a new texture, but the vertex editing was on the belt and skirt and a little bit on the hair. Just some simple stuff to test out the process. Now that I've got the hang of it I can start to go crazy with it.

Nice gonna download. Did you use compressorator or whatever its called to get the stocks and battle portrait working correctly? I wanna update my ash greninja so people can have a proper download.

I discovered that the battle portraits and stock icons are saved in A8R8G8B8 format, which paint.net is capable of saving in. They inject perfectly fine, they just don't get extracted correctly, resulting in a file paint.net can't open. So I used an online tool to convert the extracted files into something I could open and then continued with my normal pipeline.
