How exactly do I replace the music for Smash Wii U using this method:
Everytime I try to run my patch, it doesn't load, despite the fact that I run SDCaffiine properly.
Sorry if I sound like an idiot, I'm just new to Wii U hacking.

I have a question. Recently I modded in some music into the game. Everything was fine the first time, until I saw that the first song on Final Destination was replaced with "I hacked this now" and every character had lagless aerials and opponent's models slid across the ground. Any idea what's causing this?

You have to type nut_check.py, not python nut_check.py

OK, Now I got this, and it don't look good

- Get a backup of your region
- Get a Japanese backup
- Download the last update (v244) from Uwizard (from both regions)
- Now you must open the updates with Smash File Explorer, but it won't work if you don't have LS, ds00 and dt01 from the backup. You must copy these files to content folder in your downloaded updates.
- Open the Japanese one with Smash File Explorer and extract from data (jp_jp)/data/fighter the audio you want.
- Open the USA/PAL update with Smash File Explorer, replace all the data you extracted from the Japanese into data/fighter/
- build the mod
- In the Smash File Explorer folder it will create a export folder. Take all data from export/release/ into your SD directory 0005000010144F00/patch/
- It will look like this:

Now just load your legit game with SDCafiine and enjoy.

Notes:
- 0005000010145000/patch/ for EUR
- 0005000010144F00/patch/ for USA

Sorry, what I meant was how would I replace the music. In this mod, the creator replaces one of the themes with his own. I was wondering if I could per say replace some other music files in super smash bros using this method in a similar fashion.

You have to specify what .nut file you want to run NUT_check.py on.

So 'NUT_check.py model.nut' usually.

OK now it's doing something but I think the data is looping

Never mind it stopped.

So this means Python is installed properly, right?

OK, so if Python is installed properly, and everything is in the right spot, why isn't TexIDFix working?

If I may ask again I've got a problem where my mod says "I hacked this now" on the first song of Final Destination. I believe I modded the gameplay by accident when adding in music to the game, though I don't get how. Any ideas?

That's part of TS4M's mod pack. You must have installed it on accident.

No, if you have TS4M's Mod Pack, it will say that. If you want to remove it or edit it, extract sound.msbt in sm4shexplorer and open it with MSBT Editor.
