How do install a CIA game? just pop it on SD and install with FBI?
I have never made a nintendo ID... is it safe to use online now? any dangers to using personal info when making nintendo id?

Online is safe as long as you use a cia and not a 3DS ROM, but you have a9lh anyway so no worries.

To install a cia game, make sure you have double the space of the cia, drop the cia on the SD card, open up FBI, select the cia, install it, done, now wait some time. You can also use SocketPunch if you can't make double the space, but it will be slower.

My NNID has some info on there and nothing has happened to me, so yeah. I also believe credit card info is in the console, not on Nintendo's servers. And yeah, I believe you need it to play online.

Just remember a couple of things (if youre new and dont know this already):

1. Non-legit cias will get deleted every time you enter eshop. So any themes, games, dlc thats not legit will have to be reinstalled. Apparently not linking your 3ds to nintendo ID bypasses this
2. Im not 100% certain but using the older version of FBI doesnt install DLC properly. For DLC install I use BBM
3. Using internet services on a .cia doesnt get you banned AFAIK
4. OP please practice credit card safety

1-False those don't get deleted
2-you can install dlc but you have to properly install it from the own game's dlc store

Alright. Enough false info. Any cias you install will NOT get deleted. Online is safe as long as you don't use cheats. I would recommend installing CIAngle because you get to download all games that are on the eshop for free with it directly on your 3ds!!

Several people have had issues with DLC and themes being lost by entering the eShop, this isn't a one off thing, it's never personally happened to me but I have seen several reports of it happening to others, how about doing some research before calling out others for doing something wrong?

If it ain't happened to Me you or others it must mean that either we're doing something unique or others must be doing something wrong

It never happens to me either. I have a lot of pirated themes and dlc installed and the eshop never deletes them at all. You are right, people are doing something wrong. I make sure to have the update and dlc installed before going on the eshop anyway.

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
