Update:

  1. Have tried updating A9LH: No Change. Blank Screen on Boot. Can still access Decrypt9 and AuReiNand Setup Configuration.
  2. Have restored sysNAND and MicroSD Cards from backups. sysNAND from 3 different versions. All 3 versions get a FIRM0 corrupt message in Decrypt9 (non-critical) but are restored 100% and says successfully restored. Unsure why 3 different backups of sysNAND done on 3 separate days would all have corrupted.
  3. Have tried 2 different 64GB Micro SD cards. One a Samsung EVO and a SanDisk Ultra. Same blank screen.
  4. Removed the 'Nintendo 3DS' folder from SD Card root... still blank screen.
  5. Updated to Luma3DS 5.2 still blank screen.
  6. Tried creating a new emuNAND on a new MicroSD card (cloning sysNAND to emuNAND) and booting it with the Autoboot SysNand option unchecked in Luma3DS. Still a blank screen.
  7. No orange light indicating mSD card read after boot. But reading mSD is fine because can access Decrypt9 and Luma3DS at first stage of boot. It's the stages after that that seems to have malfunctioned.
  8. Tried recovery mode (D-Pad Up + L + R + A) with the latest build of Luma3DS which allows using recovery mode. Still a blank screen. It seems the 3DS tries to boot into the recovery menu, the screen LED backlight flashes really quickly, screen is still blank, but the backlight tries to start up. The wifi orange LED is on, but blank screen. No sound, nothing.
Have access to Decrypt9, Luma3DS configuration screen, enuNAND9 basically any binary payload that I setup. System boots, I hear the normal click sound in the speakers, but then a blank screen.

Spolier: Yes, it's dead. (May, 1st, 2016)

We're starting to go around in circles lol. I have done all of this already. Not that I am not appreciative of your time and of your intentions to help me. But I really have let this thing go. I'm sending it in to Nintendo today or tomorrow for repairs. See what they have to say

Ok, so I was installing a cia file that I downloaded. I'm pretty sure it was Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

After installing, Title Manager said it installed. Pressed OK.

Pressed home button to look for the new gift icon with the game on it. It wasn't there. I close Title Manager and reboot to see if that would make it show up. Nothin - as in no boot. Nothing, just a black screen.

I could still access Luma3DS by holding select on boot. Can still access Decrypt9 by holding start on boot. But cannot boot into 3DS.

Tried restoring back up of sysNAND from the 20.04.2016
Tried restoring Micro SD card backup from 20.04.2016

3DS still not booting. But can access Decrypt9.

Help anyone?

So what happened? Did you resurrect it?
I still haven't been able to turn it back on. It's still a blank screen. But I can still access Decrypt9 and Aureinand Setup by holding start or select respectively.

Update: On my last sysNAND restore in Decrypt9 this came up:

FIRM0 section2 hash mismatch
FIRM0 is corrupt (non critical)

It still said successfully restored sysNAND. But still only a blank screen.

The backup seems to have a corrupt FIRM0, do you have one you took before it black screened?

I am currently checking all my backups to find one.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I had 3 back ups:
13th Apr
16th Apr
20th Apr

All three FIRM0 is corrupt? Could it be that my current FIRM0 on my 3DS is corrupt and it's comparing the back ups to it and saying they're different? Is my FIRM0 dead on my 3DS??

Try updating to the latest A9LH with SafeA9LHInstaller.
