Nope, you only need arm9loaderhax.bin.

We need a theme with sound, custom folders and shit for the 3DS with this image. Is anyone up to the task? (So I can integrate it to my 100MB .CIA theme that has 30-40 themes inside of it)

I would like to see cheats get integrated into it too. I mean if overclocking and language emulation can be integrated in then wouldn't it stand to reason to be able to use cheats too? And maybe gif splash compatibility if that's a possibility?

There is a huge difference between all of that. If you want animations use bootanim9

For cheats, get NTR CFW
For animated splashes, get BootAnim9

I have a problem with language emulation, I was about to play smash agains another 3ds at wireless but didn't got any connection (i have my 3DS in Spanish and Smash 3DS language emulation english), I disable the lenguage option and I can play normal with my friend.

PD: Integrate Cheat Menu in second plane like NTR CFW is a good idea. And if you could, Screenshots too, would the most complete CFW, Till the date... only if possible haha
