Hi GBATemp!

On my downtime I've decided to pick up another project which won't take long. I've already made this game so it's more of a port than a completely new game idea. Idiot is still being developed, so don't worry if anybody is worried about the status on that.

Turtle: Invaders is a fixed-axis 2D shooter where bats come in and it's your job to destroy them. Some will drop powerups that will aid--and some will harm. There are two game modes: Arcade and Endless. Arcade is about getting a general high score based on a small 'story'. In this you'll encounter a mega space bat, raccoon, and a phoenix. Once you've defeated the Phoenix, you win.

You can play as various characters who have unique abilities as well. Try them all to find which one you like the best!

Endless mode is just that--endless. Try and get the highest score possible! I plan on hopefully fixing some of the more minor annoyances that bothered me with the original version (eg bats leaving the screen isn't bad, but won't advance waves).

Currently I have no idea how it performs on an Old 3DS, but it should be fine.

@hobbledehoy899 Love Potion 1.0.8 doesn't do .cia builds yet, so no. Until 1.0.9 comes out, there won't be a .cia unless I use that beta which I can compile (but don't know if I'd be allowed to use since it's not even stable and whatnot)

I got an error saying LovePotion can't load more than 2 fonts for now.

Looks like LovePotion can't handle more than 2 fonts. That's the lua error I get, past the splash screen.

:P I just haven't seen you around since Hax0r and Idiot (Oh my gosh it looks like you are still continuing that game! :D do you mind uploading the newest commit of Idiot?) - in release form that is

Not sure if you know this, but unless you specifically tell the homebrew to run at 804mhz, it will run at 268mhz, meaning that o3ds performance (should) be almost the same as n3ds.

Actually you probably already knew that :P

@TheDuckMan64 oh that makes sense. Thanks for letting me know. I know Love Potion enables the New 3DS speedup, so I was wondering is all if there's a difference.

I've uploaded 0.2 to add some stuff and fix the font limit crash.
 
When I pause the game and then resume, the ship starts moving by itself and disappears if I use HOME to take a screenshot.
 
@Ryuzaki_MrL ah I know why the ship keeps moving. The home menu screenshot I can't do anything about, unfortunately. I'll fix it tomorrow. It's 1:05am where I live and I'm tired :P

If there's issues that come up, please post them on the github page.
