Hacking vWii - HBC - Bathaxx - Problem Starting

Firstly, I did try and search, but I am so late to the game and there are so many threads it was a needle in a haystack scenario, so....

I have all the files downloaded and my SD card fully prepped. Had my daughter play Lego Batman for over an hour (there is definitely a saved game there) just to make sure. Tried to copy the Bathaxx save over and it says I have to play the game first (I have, or she has, more accurately). Additionally, in case she somehow didn't play or save correctly, I then started another new game (so now there are two separate save games/slots), and STILL Bathaxx/vWii menu is telling me I have to play the game first. Not sure if it matters, but for whatever reason, when I try to copy the save file over, the Bathaxx picture has "EUR" across the bottom of the picture (I am in America, have an America Wii U, and copied the "RLBP" folder).

So, if anyone has any idea what the problem is, or if there is any further information I need to provide, please let me know. I am pretty sure I can muddle my way through the rest of this, but it just sucks tripping at the starting line.

RLBP where the P stands for PAL. So that's why it isn't working. You're trying to copy over an EUR save without having played the EUR version on that console before. You need RLBE. (E=English, don't ask me why USA isn't just U or even A for America)

1) I'll double check, but when it didn't work the first time I put both the P and E folders on the SD card (no change). Would having two folders mess it up?

2) Someone needs to update THIS THREAD (https://gbatemp.net/threads/full-vwii-softmod.339899/), since this is a cut and paste from the thread: "Lego Batman savegame exploit; download and extract data.bin in folder SD :\private\wii\title\RLBX (X is a variable letter related to your Lego Batman Wii region: E = PAL, P = NTSC, J = JAP) <-- (necessary to launch vWii executable files from the root of SD card)"

I'll try and only use one folder (the E folder) and see if that works (I tried JUST P, and P AND E, but never JUST E). Thanks for the fast reply.

The file structure in that thread is off. I remember when I did my vWii I had problems.

Use the correct region bathax save file that matches your game.

All regions are included in the download

Be sure the SD card is a 2gb or less and *NOT SDHC*. I made this mistake a few times before figuring out how hard-headed bathaxx is about the sd card
