Just use pcpartpicker man. It saves you some time with seeing if your PSU can support your build/potential overclocking and can tell you which parts are incompatible.

Aside from the problems already mentioned, I'd recommend going for the 4GB card if you insist on a 960, I got the 2GB some time ago and while it's ok, it does suffers with some newer games (Witcher 3, AC Unity)
And I don't know what kind of cooler you'll use, or if you'll get one at all, but for those smaller builds I'd recommend the low profile version of the RAM. Performance-wise they're the same, but smaller.

Edit: That SSD is overkill, unless you absolutely want to save those 2-3 seconds of loading time in games, you could just buy a smaller SSD for the system and critical programs, and buy a bigger HDD for your games.

I know you seem to be rather set on a slim-factor steam machine, but your options would greatly increase if you chose a bigger case. You could also save some money AND upgrade at the same time. For example, you could get a PSU that has 200w more for at least $15 less.

updated my specs

can I go bigger in length not in height? I want to have the option to fit this on the side or under my tv
It doesn't really work that way.

And I just checked your SSD, god damn. $200? You should get a small SSD for your OS and your frequently used programs/games and get a HDD for other stuff. Check these out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339

I hadn't looked at your CPU, that seems rather weak for a GTX 960. You should probably just start a new build on pcpartpicker from zero.

I need help looking for a bigger case... that will fit under my tv... I can grab a picture of it if needed
We don't really need a picture. Grab a tape measurer (or ruler) and write down its 3 dimensions, and then compare that to bigger cases. I sure hope you're not trying to lie it on its side in a tight space. It needs air to breathe.

Here's a thought: Let the Kabini CPU go and opt for an Intel Pentium G3258 AE. And instead of the GTX960, go for a R9 380. Is an SSD that important? Go for an HDD man.

A gaming PC should have at least 2.40Ghz Quad Core CPU IMO. 8GB of RAM should be enough but if you want to be sure get 16GB.

Um... measure the tv stand, not the tv itself...
its 27 by 271/2

I hope you know higher clock speed doesn't mean a better cpu
I'm sorry but, I'm a noob to building a pc... I have some education in pc's by my web design class that basically is more of an IT class than a web development class..
