One Trick.

Open random youtube video and pause. Open Cemu and play (Look your FPS now XD).

As @TotalInsanity4 says, OBS.
But if you wanna know the actual framerate(Cemu's Framerate counter is slow as hell), I prefer Bandicam and Fraps.

Well. ShadowPlay have some "Compatibility Issues" on some Nvidia GPU like it's not compatible for me when GTX940 support it.

There's no such thing as a GTX 940
do you mean GT 940 as in the low profile cards or 940m for mobile video cards?

Just wish Citra would Load Roms/CIAs for End Users without needing to run a lot on a 3DS to Decrypt them. Cemu looking awesome. Lower than normal FPS at times, but works beautifully
