Hacking When i turn my 3DS on, it won't launch Rx Tools

Hello, so i'm pretty new at this hacking stuff, i managed to install Rx Tools with the help of a specialist.
when i boot my 3DS it opens Rx Tools and the menu is ready with all my installed games.
A couple of days ago i decided to pick the black-standard theme and enable some spot pass functionalities for some of my games.
When i turned it on it didn't start up RxTools so i had to open it with the internet app, however it gets kind of anoying having to scan a QR code and visit the page in order to make RxTools boot.
I don't know what happened but it's really anoying, could someone help me? it's the file corrupted or something like that?

Enable viewing file extensions! You have filenames such as hs.app.app and LAUNCHER.DAT.dat!

Your nands are probably linked and you messed up menuhax

Do you have menuhax/themehax setup to boot Rxtools? If you do then changing the theme of the menu could have messed it up.

How can i fix it?
i have changed my theme before however i had to re-install the RxTools because of some hardware issues, this time i did change the theme and it won't launch the rx tools on boot.
i think they may be linked since when i booted my 3DS it showed the black theme. however the 3DS is in 9.20 and the Rxtools version is at the newest; 10.7. i mean, when i boot the rx tools via internet, it changes my console upgrade

I'm just getting your rxtools to work on boot in a very crude manner also dont change the theme
1.extract the 3ds homebrew starter kit in your sd from smealums github.
2.scan the qr code for browserhax and once in the homebrew launcher install menuhax using menuhax manager and remember to configure it to trigger without holding any buttons.
3.Finally replace the boot.3dsx in your sd root with the rxtools.3dsx (rename it to boot.3dsx)
And yeah that's about it.
Any questions?
Also be sure to unlink your nands when possible

Try formatting sysNAND with the sd out then re setup menuhax.

1. Depends if you format emuNAND to unlink or sysnand.
2. Updating emuNAND will update sysNAND no themes. etc.

I see, could you explain the complete process to me? it seems more important unlinking the nands than making rxtools run on boot, is it inherent or they are different processes(process? sorry idk)
