After seeing your post I decided to try SM3DW again with this "fix", though using the 720p 120fps video (linked it earlier btw) paused instead of a 4k60fps video playing/streaming.
Somehow I'm getting slightly better max fps this time around though my framerate is far from stable as it jumps from ~45 to 60 and drops to ~30 at times.

Edit~ Apparently my new screenshots ofSM3DW are too big to upload here directly. :x

I made an album on imgur instead~

Actually the "key" is Nvidia GPUs if anything. :d
(at least for now)
ok so...i need to download a 1080p mp4 file and then i can have 60 fps?

Welp, i can run :

- 3D World at 60FPS (30 on some stages).
- Mario Maker fullspeed.
- Mario bros U at 30 FPS on level select and 60 with some freezes on levels.

Specs :
- I7-5820k 3.8 Ghz.
- 8Go DDR4 2400 (Don't laugh, my second ram is dead).
- Crossfire R9-290 Tri-X.

Well, I am back. Strangely, my pc gets these in Cemu 1.4.0c (public):
Super Mario 3D World - 20-30fps on all levels (bonus levels are at 40-50fps)
SMM- 40fps at starting screen, 60fps in Level Creator and in 10 Mario Challenge.
NSMBU- 30-45fps with no crashes.
NES Remix - 10fps in levels, 60fps in the menu.
MK8 - Will try later.

I think it's because your processor is outdated. It's a Core 2 duo architecture after all.

Rather than playing a video in the background, this is what works for me to increase fps, open cemu then open task manager, under Details left click cemu and on list set priority to Realtime, playback may stutter (only a little) bit but it increases my fps.I have amd 6970 and Intel g3258 OC to 4.2Ghz,Mario Maker and nsmbu run at a steadty 60fps nsmw3d at 40fps-50fps,running a video from youtube in the background also works, sometimes I have to open chrome when cemu is already running a game.

No, buy a Wii U... Its cheaper than a new PC. Also Wii U is better than Emulator. You silly.
No, I meant to get two new CPU's like Intel I5 or I7 and replace my old CPU's with it and yea I know dat, Wii u's are better than emulators. Guess I have to wait a month for games to run at full speed on my PC.

Yes, I understand your point. Again it is better to wait a month ?? Try many months ahead for SOME games or about 2 years for MOST games to run at full speed. ;)
