If i load GW.3dsx i always get a black screen (over the homebrew launcher)

I have a New 3Ds 10.3.0-27E and tried with browserhax and oothaxx.
the launcher.dat is also on the root of the micro sd.

Also tried more times delete and replace all files.

The gw.3dsx is in /3ds/GW/ on the microsd of the 3ds

Would a otherapp/ropbin payload help on this exploits? If yes, how to name and where to place the files?

The same black screen i also got with sysUpdater :(

Edit: i also have the problem that the homebrew laucher somethimes frezze at starting and dont work, then the 3ds needs a reboot :(

I'm not familiar with it, but I'm assuming the GW files would boot gateway mode, which you can't do on OFW 10.3. Since you're on 10.3, however, (and you could on other, higher firmwares) you can downgrade to the more exploitable 9.2 and setup emuNAND and things from there. There's numerous guides around the site for that.

I thought it works on 10.3 with GW.3dsx? :(

No. If you saw 10.3 being mentioned on Gateway's site, they were talking about either supporting 10.3 in the future, or coming up with a way to downgrade from 10.3 more safely/easily, but they have yet to deliver on either "promise". Gateway only works with systems on 9.2 and below.

Or maybe he got confused with the emunand support

It all depends what menuhax payload you use, to get the dragon logo to show up more often. Lesshax (Which is hax 2.1) works well, but lately hax 2.6 has worked just the same for me. The latest is hax 2.7, and I no longer have Gateway to test it out.

But yeah, get menuhax setup, grab CTR boot manager while you're at it.

Browserhax is unstable. Install themehax with it and load gateway with themehax.

Okay i installed menuhax: same problem.
I have now working oothax, menuhaxx/themehax and browserhax, no one loads the gw.3dsx :(

I think there must be another problem... i use the gw.3dsx from the GW-ULTRA-3-7-1-BETA release.
also the launcher.dat is on the root of the sd (i think i dont even need it)

Is there a other way to get in gateway menu? i have the card and, like already told, oothax, browserhax and menuhax/themehax.

It's definitely an incomplete downgrade, you can re-run the downgrade to finish it.

it seems like you have gotten a franken-firmware. you need to run sysupdater and downgrade again

EDIT: :ninja:'d

Okay :o

Is it more risky retrie after a broken downgrade? Or not? i am realy afraid of bricking my new 3ds ....

And is there a reason why my 3Ds is crashed or i had only no luck ?

And should i now reinstall my exploits before the downgrade?

In order of your questions: No, it is not more risky to retry after a broken downgrade.

No reason, you just had bad luck.

You can reinstall menuhax, or you can try it straight from browserhax.

Remember if you turn your screen on and it's only black after the downgrade, poweroff, take out your SD card, turn the 3ds on, then put the SD card in and change the theme.
