Is there a thread for that JGecko U? I can't get the jar to launch. It doesn't want to run on my old Snow Leopard laptop that I use for this kind of stuff.

Can we still use TCP Gecko for cheats, or does that not work anymore?
Yes, but you'll have to just poke the values. the codes won't be permanently active

What version of java has the JGecko U jar linked here been compiled to work with? I can't officially install anything above 6 on this old Macbook, and I'd rather not have to poke my codes from the other room or move my Wii U out of the living room. I've found a way to unofficially install Java 7 on this computer, but want to be sure it will solve my problem (the jar won't launch) before I do it.

I would use J Gecko, but am more familiar with TCP Gecko. Can someone help me with converting these codes for use with TCP Gecko?

Yeah, if anyone knows where to get JDK 7 now that Oracle has locked it away for security reasons I'd greatly appreciate it.
here? http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html

No good. I can't seem to get a recent version of Java installed on this computer. Is there any way someone could compile the jar for those of us who can't do that?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

It's retarded that Apple and Oracle won't let us use Java versions later than 6 without upgrading our OS, which would make perfectly useful older computers run slower than molasses.

It won't launch. It gives an error message that a quick Google search suggests is due to needing a later version of Java, and my old Snow Leopard laptop that I use to poke codes and host exploits can't be upgraded to a later version through official channels because Apple used to provide their own Java back then. They've since stopped and require you to get it from Oracle, but Oracle only supports Lion and later. Like I said, it's retarded that a crappy netbook bought from a pawn shop (on which I'm typing right now) can do more in this instance than my old $1000 plus Macbook. All because of laziness on the part of Apple and Oracle. I swear, I'm not buying another Apple computer until the day they can be customized and upgraded like PCs. My next computer will most likely be a self-built Windows PC that dual boots Mac OS X (i.e. a Hackintosh).

Can we use the old codes with JGecko U, or do we have to use the real-time format ones? Also, I can always get the normal kexploit to work in one or two tries and rarely need to do a hard shutdown in the process, but I've had to hard shutdown my console 5 times in a row now and still can't get the a0 exploit to run from @CosmoCortney's site. I'd rather not have to self-host because I'm already using this crappy netbook to run the JGecko U, so I'd have use the Macbook to do that. Starting up two different computers just for this is a bit excessive.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Is there any other site that hosts the necessary a0 kexploit for JGecko U?
Edit: Never mind. I'm going to try self-hosting.

It's normal the exploit takes a few times to be successful. On my end it usually takes 1 - 5 attempts but sometimes even up to about 15 (via self host). Maybe my slow upstream has bad affect on the success rate..
And the "old" format (address value) can't be used with JGecko U or the new one with TCP Gecko dNET.
Maybe @BullyWiiPlaza has an idea how to get JGecko U properly running.

I've moved on to using this netbook I have for JGeckoU. It's getting the exploit to work that I'm having problems with. I'm self-hosting from the same netbook, and it's network adapter may not be optimal for such a thing. I guess I can try using the Macbook for hosting and netbook for JGecko U. That's slightly less of a pain in the ass than only successfully running the exploit 1 in 10 times or less.

Edit: Can I use the AIO exploit in the Definitive Package here?

So how could I go about adding the one you've linked in the OP to the Definitive Package's index.html? I suppose I could just replace the files in the folder corresponding to the AIO exploit with the ones you linked in the OP?

Yes. Somewhat. It's all this assigning the folders to clickable icons that I'm not very familiar with. I did manage to redirect the AIO exploit's slot to point to the 0xA0 exploit's folder, but still have yet to get it to run. Out of desperation, I tried your site again, and it ran the first time. But then when I went to load pygecko_old it froze.:hateit:
