For some reason I can't extract the data for RomFS of Update. The cmd would always tell me syntax error even though I entered it exactly as shown. I have Python but it just won't work. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Try "outdir\" instead of "outdir/"

Maybe try this command:
dtls.py dt ls \outdir
or use
dtls.py dt ls outdir
Edit: If it doesn't work, maybe it means that your have python 3.4 instead of python 2.7

Yes it works, in a version of ohana 3ds (But not the one included in the pack), it has a .obj to .bch converter, and can read smash model files w/o opening the hand model
Have you actually done it yet? There is a reason I said that. Importing the models back in cause it to have an error, so either a special editor is needed or ohana needs to have more compatibility with its importing. Also .obj dont contain bones so they will not work for importing.

Oh ok but i found the model, so i just need to adapt the textures. right?
 
Did anyone ever get Giga-Bowser or any of the other extra characters working on the CSS?
I haven't but I got a fully working Wario-man over Wario with his final smash moveset by swapping wario's model with Wario man's and then swapping wario's moveset with Wario mans which is located in a anim-something (-something means I forgot the rest of the folder name) folder.

Also @ShadowLuigi~NG~ those textures you made for ryu and cloud did you insert them using the new .bch texture repacker/replacer in the new Ohana3ds or did you use the old ohana3ds texture replacing method where you open charhand.bch?

I want to be able to use it online with friends so that wouldn't work, I know some people were talking about it but never saw the end result/conclusion.

It's currently not very possible to get the texture properly loaded into the game using Ohana Rebirth. Why? Could be one of or both reasons. One, possibly due to file size their is a loading issue. The second, Rebirth imports in an uncompressed and different format that what Sm4sh textures use. Most textures use ETC1. I used Rebirth importing to showcase the model and Old Ohana for ingame viewing since it lowers the quality sadly.
 
can some one tell me the location where the title screen is and how to edit the stage model and its shape and size
the title screen might be in the other folder (yes the folder is called other)
That is located within the stage folder.
As for size and shape I don't believe that is possible yet.

thanks! and how do i edit text like in the menu and stage selection and charecter names btw is it also possible to edit charecter portraits?

you can edit the stage names but I don't know what file holds it and you can edit character names and portraits. You can do that by downloading the .tex viewer/replacer application in the first post of the thread or rather the OP post (Same thing). as for menu text no.
