Hacking [Question] Streetpass On EmuNAND 10.6

So I recently installed a 10.6 reiNAND on my n3dsxl, but now that I've got everything set up, Streetpassing no longer works. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Did you modify any system CIAs? I'll guess not, but StreetPass should be working.

No, I didn't. The only thing I've done so far is install FBI, SaveDataFiler, and yellows8's HBL cia.

I had my 3ds in sysNAND 9.2 for about a week though, because I never had any time to build the emuNAND.
