These events very important for we and Nintendo:P We are hacking the most recent firmwares. Also very thanks to developers!

So my cousin asked if he'll still be able to open .cia files like CHMM or the Homebrew Launcher.cia after downgrading his 3DS from 10.5 to 9.2, then installing the files, then updating his system again. He said he just wants to go simple for a few things like that, save editing, and a few other games. So, if he updates his system from 9.2 with those unlegit cia files, can he still open them and go online without getting banned or anything? I told him he could set up emunand, but he said no. So, what do?

I think EmuNand is the only way...
You explained to him what emunand does right?

Signitures need to be patched to launch such apps so nope.
He can get an emuNAND though.

Wait
This is better than the memchunkhax2 from before?!?
Please tell me N3ds has a better chance of downgrading
I am tired of using my lab rat of a o3ds

Keep in mind that although this version of sysUpdater is up on my site, almost all credit goes to angelsl and flagrama.

Anyone tried this on 10.3 since so far it seems to be way more stable than the old sysupdater? Or actually, would it even work on 10.3?
