I was thinking of a way to introduce different firmwares, i think i have a nice idea, so more on that soonish. Also i dont really have time to RE AM service for disabling firm install, so unless someone else has done it, idk[/QUOTE
Thanks Rei, this would be amazing, as i have said many times, I like the original concept of ReiNand which was to be a simple and streamlined CFW

I don't want 3 updates a day like the other mod version, I want the original real thing with just the added option to boot into a patched 9.0 fw sysNAND via a button press

I hope this becomes a reality and thank you for replying to the request :)

@Reisyukaku what Pete mentioned above would be great, I'd prefer a patched sysNAND on 9.2 via a button press rather than the dirty 10.4 firm one if possible, I hope that can get added in a future update

Can't wait to see this. All that is needed is the 9.0 firm for system nand and there's no point using anything else. Been with reinand since day 1. First cfw on New3ds first 9.5+ emunand on n3ds and first arm9hax as well. Thanks Rei.

Yes! That would be amazing to implement. It would easily give the ability to run arm9 programs.
ReiNand will just become better and better :)

So today I started playing a GBA game only to notice my save was not updated, As in last time I saved it well didn't save.
After some messing around I figured out I need to exit into sysNAND to get the save to stick then I can launch from emuNAND again just fine.

WTF? I don't recall this being a problem with menuhax so I guess a9lh is causing it? like the system needs to boot into sysNAND to write the save?

@Aurora Wright made a fix for that in Aureinand you could use that for playing gba games.
Someone even made a version that doesn´t use the rei folder so you can install both of them and boot what you want.

Edit: Here is @GBHAKC75´s build : https://github.com/Hakujou/AuReiNand, that is the one using the "aurei" folder
