After searching for quite a day, i still can't find one Legit 10.3 firmware for EUR N3ds.
Is there anyone can help me? What keyword should i use?

You mean the firmware package to downgrade/update?

Exactly.My N3dsXL is on the way.So I prepare all what i need for it.

Use 3DNUS to download it from the CDN servers itself
