Does backing up SysNAND and EmuNAND via decrypt9 cover everything (that we have access to) or is there a more complete process available without extra hardware?

This question is geared towards those out there who are curious and willing, I for one would like to have an updated comprehensive backup of my hacked N3DS and be able to use this on future 3DS systems.

I think dumping emunand, sysnand and the SD card content is all you need if you mess with your system.
Also, would be ideal if your 3ds were hardmoded.

(PD: all this backups works only and only in that 3ds)

Thanks!

I figured as much, it's amazing it's become this simple in such a short amount of time. Very much appreciate everyone who has contributed to the 3DS homebrew community.

I'm aware that backups are system specific.

Would dumping the ctrnand xorpad help in case of let's say loosing the 3ds so you can decrypt the nand and take the saves etc. to another 3ds?

Transferring saves is way more simple than that. Just use programs like JK's Save Manager or SVDT
I know I could do that, I was just asking if that would be a possibility too. The biggest downside of save data tools is that none of them seems to have the ability to backup all saves at once, without selecting each game.

Extracting save data is the same from 3DS game to 3DS game, so why hasn't JK added a batch tool?
