I have fw 5.3.2 and would like to run loadiine on it, what is the best guide out for that firmware and does it support the new loadiine gx2 software? Also on YouTube there is a 3 part video of extracting wud and setting up sd and software for loadiine made by Eric zander. Can I follow his tutorial video to softmod the wiiu?

Read the OP, brah. The DefinitivePackage (in the OP) has everything you need, including Loadiine GX2 v0.1 (stable). That video is slightly outdated by now, seeing as Loadiine GX2 has a different folder naming convention. Extracting the WUD should be the same though.

You can run a couple homebrew games (now at the bottom of the OP) with Yellows8's 5.5.0 Userspace Exploit (MP4), but that's about all for now. And definitely TubeHax DNS.

Thanks for pointing that out, I missed it when going through yesterday. I'm not going to make it April but simply "when it's done." No sense in pushing it back month after month.

Hykem said he's dealing with some personal things, and also said he's not returning to GBATemp until the IOSU Exploit is finished because of the haters and bickering. So we have no update on a timeline and therefore no real ETA. Last he said was "before March" but I'm not going to count on that. Still just stay on whatever FW you're on if you want to wait it out.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any reports of Japan discs, but using logical deduction:

5.4.0 came out on June 8, 2015, and 5.5.0 on August 17, 2015, so I'd assume Mario Party 10 is your best bet out of those 3, since it has a release date of March 12, 2015 (before those FW came out).

Discs are probably printed months in advance, so Yoshi's Woolly World is probably even fine for 5.3.2.

I think he meant he was trying to hold out for the IOSU Exploit so that he could use an HDD via USB with Loadiine (more space for more games), but if it's going to be a while he will just get a larger SD card for more games. SSB just for higher compatibility (check the compatibility list).
