Hi guys,
I missed a good input method on the WiiU so I thought I'd make one - well, here it is! (I do know about swkbd, but that is very difficult to setup and I did not get it to work)
Not that there may be bugs. When you have ideas (for example new themes), found a bug or want to offer criticism, please tell me in this thread. And please be aware that this is my first homebrew app I release, so be gentle with me. ;)

Current features:
- writing a short text consisting of characters of the alphabet, colon, period and space with the touchscreen
- everything written in its own font
- real keyboard layout (can be switched between QWERTZ and QWERTY)
- deleting the written text by pressing X or touching the X symbol
- switching to the menu by pressing + or touching the + symbol
- exit by pressing HOME or touching on the HOME symbol
- ability to work as a library for other developers so they can use my keyboard as an input method for their projects
- themes that can be switched in the menu
- loading the example through HBL

Awesome! Keep going man, I'll have to try it out when I get home and give you some feedback. The more people we have developing and supporting the scene the better things will be!

You might be interested in adding keyboard inputs to Dimok's Loadiine GX2, he has some settings properties ready but they need keyboard input.
Or maybe he'll add it himself if you got a well prepared ready to use library.

Anyway thank you for your contribution ;).

You should incorporate gesture typing in the future! It's a feature that myself and many other people find as a necessity for digital typing.
You do realise that this is my first bigger project? I do not know if this is possible without a big amount of work for which I do not have time (I think I'm starting to understand other developers know...). I'll see what is possible, but unfortunately I don't have much time at the moment (I'm a student and I care about my grades). But of course that is what I asked for - new ideas, so let's see what I can make out of this! :)

Let's assume it's impossible for now lol.
