Homebrew HELP! CHMM2-"Error 327: cannot initialize Sound module"

CHMM2 was working fine on my old SD Card. But, I got a new one (Lexar Multi-use 4GB SDHC) and transferred all my data to it, and now CHMM2 stopped working, it always says, "Error 327: cannot initialize Sound module." I used DSP Firmware Dumper a million times but nothing. It always errors. And when I dump the files where does it go on the SD Card?

You're using an outdated payload for sure which doesn't contain a dsp firmware.

But there's one problem. Why does it chose when it wants to work? EX: I have my custom theme, I turn off my 3DS, turn it on and it's a blank white menu. I go to Homebrew>CHMM2, then (surprise surprise) "Error 327: blah, blah, blah..." I tried dumping the files and the payload is there. Is there a cause for this, and hopefully a solution? Thanks.

Are you using menuhax? If not, does CHMM2 says Menuhax Mode: ON?

Yeah, I'm using menuhax. I turned it off so I could shuffle my themes. The last time I was able to boot CHMM2 without the 327 error, it was off.
