Why would you want an emulator written in Lua? It would be incredibly slow.

He's referring to emulators which support running Lua scripts, not ones that are written -in- Lua. Emulators such as DeSMuMe use them for TASing and other things. i think he's basically asking for a version of Citra or 3dmoo that supports Lua scripting. Such scripting would be pointless on the actual 3DS.

thing is im more of looking for bizhawk port to 3ds cause i want to run the pokebot on it its a speed run bot that speed runs red and yellow and id rather have it running on my 3ds then pc

Wait, why do you want to run it on your 3DS then your PC? Why not just one or the other? Or is the Lua script compatibility supposed to allow you to run it on one and then the other? What would be the advantage of this?

I think he meant "than", not "then".
