can you install cia's on NTR CFW? if so, I might backup all my games and move to ntr cfw.ntr and gateway are the most near how action replay/gameshark use to work unlimited lives health magic moon jumps have all items and stuff like that.

Again, not necessary. Custom firmwares are interchangeable. You just change the boot entry in whatever boot manager you have (if you're using one, you should be).
