Homebrew View/edit emuNAND files?

First, I'm not sure if this is the right section to post to

Second, I'm not sure if this is even possible, but

I have a .cia homebrew application that requires a .ini in the same directory as it on my emuNAND.

Is there any way I can put that .ini file in the same directory?

what homebrew is this, it is helpful if you tell us so we can give you the answer you need.

I installed the cia for 3ds controller and I know they install to the sd card but I have heard before that emunand and its files are on a hidden partition or something

ok i'm not sure what the dev did but i seriously doubt they expect you to put a config file on NAND.
surely it should go on the sd card in some folder i guess... no?

3ds controller's ini file goes in the root of the sd card

Just pop it out of the console and into a card reader and copy it over. Or use the ftp app which comes with every build of the homebrew starter kit.
