Is there a way to modify a .cia game's title and icon so that the custom title and icon will display on other people's StreetPass like this?

I've tried editing the banner and icon files of decrypted .cias but that only changes the appearance on the local console, the original title and icon still appears on StreetPass and online Friends List.

How does one go about editing that? I tried changing it in the RSF file, but that causes the file to become invalid and makes .cia rebuilding to fail.

The title ID is located in the Exheader at offsets 1C8 and 200, and they're backwards. You have to change those before you build as 3DS.
