Hacking probleme 10.2 to 9.2

hi everybody i have probleme with my 3ds i try to downgrad it from 10.2 to 9.2 the sysapdater start downgrad and after installing native_firm and the second cia file ops the 3ds shotdown and wont start the i use the hard mod to get nand.bin thi is my question is there programe to install cias file manualy or with hexa mod thanks

Yes, that's the whole purpose to doing a hardmod and making a back up before you write anything.

You made the back up of the NAND before you tried to downgrade? How big is the file you backed up?

You should have made the backup before you attempted the downgrade. However, since your in brick mode, I have an idea to test.
