I did and it wouldn't see my ncard/fire card I tested and it still work son my 3ds lite. I tried installing flashcardtimewarp.cia and 0004800F484E4841 v0.cia and even DS-Whitelost1.0-0004800F484E4841 v0.cia Any idea?

If your card never worked on your 3ds, then it never will, but try insalling all of those titles, one of those might work(it's what I did, for me the one that worked was 0004800F484E4841 ).
If all else fails peachds sells a flashcart that will probably work even on the newest firmware

the firecard won't work simply because it was never compatible with dsi or 3ds at first.

Your best bet is getting a newer flashcard like super card dstwo or r4i gold

If your ds flashcard didn't worked on fw 1.0, it will never work. Besides that, there are two different kind of flashcards: the one that even skipped the main menu on the DS /DS lite and the one that to pretend a legit cartridge. The first one will only works on the old DS and ds lite (like good old original R4 DS), the other will work on DSi and 3DS, if not blocked after a update

I ended up settling for a DSi-compatible R4 clone with Wood firmware. Works just like my old Acekard 2. No complaints.

The blue Gateway card works for this, if you have one.

Mine said firecard on ds light as a game and you would get a menu of roms.
