Hello!I'm new here and I have few questions:
1. I was wondering if it's worth updating to 10.4 (BTW i'm on 9.5.0-22E)
2. Is there any way to install a CFW with FBI or NASA on my current Firmware?
3. Can I downgrade to 9.2?

Sure, you can downgrade your current firmware to 9.2 and set up a nice CFW.
And hell no, don´t update your Sysnand to 10.4

No need for a video, those are just 3 steps.
- Start SysUpdater
- Press Y
- Wait till it´s done.

(After you´ve got the updatefiles inside the right folder)

5 things to note:

- The recommended builds are safesysupdater, julian's sysupdater, and tux's sysupdater. Do not confuse them with the official sysupdater by profi200: The official one was not designed for downgrading firmwares past 9.2.
- Update packs for N3DS/O3DS and console region are completely different. In terms of downgrading from 9.3+, 2DS is considered O3DS.
- If you own a JP N3DS, you must make sure you remove a particular CIA file from the pack before downgrading
- If you own a Mac, you should dot_clean the /updates/ folder with terminal, because the computer likes to add extra hidden files that screw with sysupdater's file-searching abilities
- Downgrading may require you to reset a lot before it finally works: The stars have to align properly for the kernel exploit to allow you to downgrade. When you see non-garbled red text and pressing "Y" says "Getting CIA information...", you've hit the point of no return and should not power off until it's completely done. Take out the SD card after you power off, and when you power on, wait at least a minute and a half with the black screen before declaring the downgrade a failure.

In terms of EmuNAND, probably nothing: I think it's only designed to polish up security on the kernel exploit/userland.

... But in terms of SysNAND, yellows8 just updated menuhax, browserhax (o3ds and n3ds) and oot3dhax to work on 10.4, which I think also work on 10.5.

Only with a hardmod. Everyone's scared to downgrade, but if you use SafeSysUpdater, a brick is unlikely to happen. And even if a brick does happen, it'll most likely be a soft brick, which will require you to update to the latest firmware in order to fix it, meaning you will be unable to try again because you will be on 10.5. However, it's no worse than not trying at all because then you would be stuck without CFW anyway.

If you use the SafeSysUpdater build you should not be scared. It will only go through with it if you've got the correct files.

Once you've downgraded you can backup your SysNAND, then install an EmuNAND on the SD card. This will let you be on the latest firmware (10.5) in EmuNAND and have all your stuff there, install unsigned CIAs (any game or application) and A LOT of good stuff.
