Why do u guys talk so much abut the shit, he said End of Feb. So let him get his work done speculate all u want about it,but stop talking abut him not doing it or any of that shit. Hykem is a stand up guy so far. If he was going to quit. He would come here and tell you all he is done with it and not doing it.

This is a stupid question:
Is it possible to update a game without updating the console?

I think so. Never tried but you can download update with NusGrabberGUI and put files on SD card in folder install on the root of SD card and install it with WUP Installer.

5.3.2., 5.4.0

Guys you gotta take into consideration that Marionumber1 could have been shitting him just so that the topic didn't surface yet again.
It's the only thing people seem to be asking about lately in Wii U Hacking.

Just stick to my rules:
If Hykem doesn't say it himself, it's BS no matter what.

That's assuming MN1 doesn't have his own IOSU exploits also being worked on which he does

is mn1 working by himself or with hykem?
will ther b some drama if he decides to release before hykem?
Well we're all part of the same little group, so probably not, but AFAIK Hykem's off doing his own thing since he doesn't have as much time.

Download/install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages? Which game(s) are you trying? Might help for others to be able to say that they can, for a fact, get it working themselves.
Thank You, fiveighteen! This was it. I had the 64-bit versin of vcredist installed and I needed the 32-bit version because the application is 32-bit. Many thanks!

Google says there is a .bflim -> GTX / PNG Export
.gtx files are converted to .dds, I believe. The .gtx files are also found in .BFRES files (which can be extracted) as textures among others things (like .BFSHAs).

What I wanted to know is; is there a tool that extracts/reads .BFLIMs? And more importantly, what are the contents of the .BFLIM files?

BFLIMs are textures, but there are several kinds of different versions of that format, so it's not easy to extract them. I remember NWPlayer trying to extract/repack these around 300 pages ago. Could be more though.

MN1 has developed his own exploit. He won't release anything unless it gets patched by a Ninty update.
So: no drama.

Actually there has been no drama when smea/plutoo jumped in a few weeks ago - Only the users on GBAtemp were raging.
Hykem was just assuming that smea/plutoo would release his exploit and didn't want to reinvent the wheel --> That was proven wrong a few hours later and everything went back to normal, except for some users in here.

Oh, so .BFLIM is a texture file? Does it use .gtx perhaps? Thanks for the info btw. ;)

I've run into a .bfstp file, what the hell is that? It appears everywhere, and it seems to be an encrypted .bfstm, but UWizard can't decode it. Does anyone know how to convert it somehow?

.BFLIMs are texture files for layouts ("binary cafe layout image"). I've been able to extract the images from some of them manually, but I don't think there's a converter for them yet.
