@Any Moderator: Can thread be renamed to "[RELEASE] NASA - Universal Cia Manager for fw 4.1 - 10.3"?

v.1.1 released with a lot of new features:
- Added memchunkhax1 for firmware 9.2 or lower support.
- Added CIA and 3DS versions of the homebrew.
- Added Network Installation feature and Houston basic sender.
- Now Confirmation screens are more detailed.
- Now NASA will boot in Filebrowser Mode.
- Added NAND contents installation feature (Use R button to switch between SDMC and NAND).
- Now importing speed will be showed during importing phase.
- Added missing homebrews to title parser.

You'll find more info about Houston, how to use it and other things (FAQ and similars) in first post!

P.S. Little thing: NASA, differently to FBI, will not need double space for network installation cause it will perform a full network installation :D

Well, just an update

i was having problems at first, but after trying different methods here's what works for me.

wifi on -> menuhax -> hans

if black screen happens, power down and retry through menu hax, always worked second try if the first doesnt..

attempting to enter form ironhax or oot3dshax was not working for myself. also using ftpbrony did not help at all. always black screen.

anyways hope this helps some people.

if you installed an out of region .CIA it will not show up on the home-menu, you'll have to run it using gridlauncher. There's an arrow icon bottom left in gridlauncher, click that and then run your out-of region .CIA!
is that true?

I'm trying to test Houston, but on windows when I try to run it from command prompt I get and error saying "The program can't start because cygwin1.dll is missing from your computer". What do I need to install in order to get it running?

So I tried Houston, had some trouble trying to make it run at first, it asked for "cygwin1.dll", but even with Cygwin installed, it wouldn't detect it, so I had to copy it from "/cygwin64/bin" to its own folder with Houston, after that, it worked fine. It's installing a CIA atm, will edit if I get any error. :P

Edit: No errors, but it's slow as heck, even slower than FBI's network install, but it's more stable, took 3 hours-ish to install a 1.6GB game, Houston didn't give a message about finishing transferring too, but that's not a big deal.
