Hacking Any non-Gateway cheat plugins/apps for O3DS?

Okay, so I'm confused now. I've looked all around to try and get my head around things, but I can't quite understand what to do, or what to use.
Basically, is there any non-Gateway cheat plugins or apps I can use on my O3DS? I can vaguely remember coming across Spider cheats, but I wasn't sure if it had plenty of codes for my games. I was also unsure of how to use it.

Any recommendations or hints, I would be very greatful for.

nope, running ntr cfw 3.0 on my o3ds.

Main thing with ntr over something like gateway 3ds cheats is with ntr if you use cheats they get disabled once you go online with a game.

One question though. What does the NTR debugger do?

not exactly, it can edit ram yes, but it is mainly use to test plugins before releasing them to the great world.

you boot ntr cfw WITH rxtools.

you use bootntr.cia in rxtools and TA-DA! 8obviusly you need ntr.bin in root of sdcard)

idk how to use ntr debugger to memory edit but i am sure @HappyzLife does know.
