I'm getting a black screen with flascard and retail cards after installing ds whitelist and the TWL_firm v1489 on a new 3ds 9.2.
any solutions?

It should work as long your flashcard ever worked on 3ds and you will maybe need to downgrade TWL_FIRM

download with 3dsnus some titles and install then from sysNAND to NAND. those titles are:
DS Cart Whitelist = 0004800F484E4841 - v0
TWL_FIRM = 0004013800000102 - v1489

You can downgrade the whitelist on N3DS, but not TWL_FIRM. However, if your flashcart was blocked by TWL_FIRM, then you can't use it on N3DS.

Are you sure that you are installing them in NAND? Also, before installing those cias you have to delete old ones from NAND.

You don't have to do anything dangerous like delete things from the nand first all you need to do is use devmenu2x to install the .CIA

You have to switch fbi to "Delete Title" mode by pressing R twice, set destination to NAND, search for these numbers at Title ID - 0004800F484E4841 and 0004013800000102 and delete them. After that you can install your cias.
I would recommend making emunand backup before doing that.
