And for multi-region, I'd love to try and add that, but since my code is all arm9, might be tricky to start an arm11 process. I'd have to do some research, really.

If you want to ever add arm11 code, consider taking screenshots with that too

A cryptofixed cia that didn't work on rxtools is working on rei... hmmm I think I might be using rei as my primary CFW now, also 10.3.

Edit: It doesn't support a cia that hasn't been region fixed, which is a bummer. ugh one CFW has one thing the other doesn't.

Oh yeah. First you may know, 9.6+ Keyslot 0x11 normalkey is leaked. This leads to the decryption of arm9bin inside firm ARM9 section.
You might want to make a binary release of reinand with 10.2 FIRM, just replace what it is said to a corresponding binary..
BTW the 9.5/9.6 is well decrypted, and used for a long time. So maybe for the "Stability Improvement" (oh no TM).

If you want to ever add arm11 code, consider taking screenshots with that too

Eh.. For ARM11K Rei could try replace that shXt "Ver." more accurately first. -- That does no harm and easy to be a test.
ScreenShot ability is good; however i suggest to let Rei learn about ARM11K first. That's quite complex with VA mapping on ARM11.

I made one with Howling Theme Tool and installed with BigRedMenu, but it doesn´t show up in theme menu.

I recalled themes working on reinand before, so check the .cia region matching

Same problem here, I think reinand doesn't support any DLC at all, including themes.

Currently running reinand and I used howling tool to make a theme CIA which works fine on my n3ds,
but can't sent to get them to work on my sisters o3ds running rxtools (tried cakes too).

Edit: On her's installing the sonic theme, and then installing the CIA make the sonic theme disappear :/ . Could it be some specific theme issue ?

I got some DLCs installed with the beta build, so I don't think they got broken in the meanwhile

Try deleting the game updates first and see if the dlc installs. Then update. It worked for me on smash. Is not the cfw.

I take back what I said, I won't being using rei CFW until it gets fixed with NTR. I can't even play the hyrule legends demo since it needs NTR to boot properly. Apparently NTR doesn't even recognize the firmware rei is using (this is even on 9.5). Also the lack of native out of region cias to be played without a region fix is a lacking feature.

I have DLC for fantasy life and streetpass plaza, and custom cia themes installed and they all work fine with reinand in 10.3.
Haven't tested smash dlc, though.
