Hey guys , there's any way to hear the cries filles? or there's a list to know what pokemon belong each file? because i want to change torchic cry for jirachi cry(sorry for the bad english :P )

And do import.txt instead export

Cries are in the GARC:
a/1/0/0 - CSEQ/CWAR cries / sounds
 
a/0/9/1 - 971 box sprites
And do import.txt instead export

i know , i want know if have any way to find the cry of a certain pokémon , ex: what file represent the charizard cry? and thx to reply ^-^
 
You can't, you need to do it manually.
Dump is just for personal purpose, search something... Idk

.cwar files are containers for .bcwav, to my research. The process of getting to listen to one of the files is complicated enough, though converting a .wav to .cwar again is possible, I think.
You'd need to use a hex editor and a convertor. If you would like to switch the cries, you'd also need to find the corresponding .cseq files to not bug out the cries.
The ones in a100 are a huge mess, some won't even convert to valid midi, too many of them are alike, ect. We don't know which corresponds to which .cwar.
