Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

I DID IT GUYS!
After lots of tries (without tricks, just Menuhax and launch FBI) and the right .cia, it finally worked. I'm so happy. I can finally enjoy Animal Crossing on my main 3DS ♥ (and I can try to downgrade the other one eheh )

Yes, it was dumped two days ago (or yesterday, I don't remember).

That's because you have to access eShop first. But I don't remember if you have to re-download the game or what, sorry.

You must enter to his file in the eShop.

i have something that is been bugging me, i know that the legit cia of smash only came out on EU, as far as i now it won't work on a US console, but some people are saying that it can be install, that it won't show on the main menu, but you can still play it with hans.

MAybe wrong topic, but wat to downgrade my o3ds firmware 9.9.0

i dont have homebrew or anything else

if i try to open the QR code, then it wants to update.
Tried to place it local on a server and insert a non existing DNS , but then it close the browser because it has no internet access.

is there anothe option to try ?

any idea why i got 'install failed' trying to do the patched fe:fates? paper jam worked just fine
