And why does OSX do that? I never noticed a difference in file sizes between using OS X and Windows though, but why is that?
Ever since OS X 10.6, the OS has been calculating file sizes to coincide with how HDD makers have been doing it. Bytewise it's the same but it does cause some confusion when an OS X person says one size in MB or GB and a Windows person's filesize says something different.

I also talk in the Nintendont thread and it's come up a few times where a Windows person said the ISO was corrupt because the OS X person said it was 1.46GB when in Windows it says 1.35GB. I have to intervene and tell the Windows person that OS X calculates file sizes differently and that 1.46GB in OS X = 1.35GB in Windows. What a pain when a Windows person isn't aware of the differences in OS X. Apple should have never changed it.

I installed the FBI injection thing over H&S but it alway give an error (I try with super smash bros), rxTools 2.6 and emuNAND 10.3.0-28U
Any particular reason you are still using an ancient version of rxTools?

well, I download the latest from the official site wich was 2.6. Where can I get 3.0 stable?

trying to launch rxtools through menuhax on 9.2 with homebrew launcher. it splashes "rxtools, please stand by" then there is a black screen. is it supposed to boot into emunand? because i formatted the emunand before hand.

Does anyone know why Im freezing when launching the menu? I dont know any other way on n3ds to get sig checks on sysnand.

Could someone upload the latest nightly build here? The dropbox link on the rxTools nightly build github was disabled because of too much traffic.

just chiming in to say thanks to the devs on this!

i bought gateways but just recently used this on my newly hacked 2ds. very awesome CFW!

i may use this on my 3dsxl due to how long the gateway takes to boot! this actually gets my vote for best CFW on the 3ds. roms are lame for 3ds, cia is king.

I think I have the latest nightly so I could upload it but the menu seems broken, at least for me

So what is the best build to use? I used the mega build quoted here and it just initializes then it crashes and whenever i start up rxtools it freezes nothing on bottom screen and rxtools message on top screen and i put firm folder in /rxtools/firm and rxtools.dat in the root and firmware.bin in the root and what do i do?
