Hacking Questions after CFW

Hello! So today I successfully downgraded and installed CFW rxtools but here are some questions.
1. Currently I have 32gb sd card if I want to upgrade to a 64gb do I have to redo everything from the beginning like when installing cfw? There is no way to actually just copy over?
2. I am coming from sky3ds so how can I implement my saves and where?
3. There are a few new reports on the ban topic and Its just a theory but maybe something is going on? A few users including me doesnt got unbanned after 2 weeks. Some already passed even 3 weeks. There is no solution for this currently?

1)Use emunand tool to extract emunand from your old SD card, format emunand in your new SD, use emunand tool to inject emunand to your new SD, copy everything else you see in your old SD to the new one.

2)Use svdt to extract your saves from your Sky3ds, convert them to cia saves and use SaveDataFiler to inject them to your cias.

3)If there was a solution you would have seen it in the ban topic.

Your emunand is in a special partition on the SD so make sure you format your emunand and inject the new one in there. It not as simple as just copying everything from one SD to the other but it's still pretty easy.

I set mine up on the 4gb that cam with it and moved it over

There is the method above and a cloning method a quick search will get you a couple guides.

If you are using windows, you can use win32diskimager to make a complete copy of your sd card and then use the same program to write the backup to your new sd card

Okay well I not really understand the part how to implement saves is there a guide or video for it?
So basicly if I get perma banned by this "new term" then its pointless doing anything...

Also I dont have the sky3ds anymore I just have the sav files thou... How do I convert them?

Toward your 1st question, i think this thread can help you. Simple way to backup your tf card and restore it to a new card.

Export Retail Card with CFW and SDF:

1. You need CFW and installed SafeDataFiler on a spare SD Card
2. Start your CFW and insert your Cartridge
3. Start SaveDataFiler and highlight CTR Card
4. Press Y and then A to export the Savegame
5. Turn off your 3DS and move the 'filer' folder to your PC
6. Switch over to your Gateway (emuNAND) SD Card and add the 'filer' folder from PC
7. Insert your Gateway (emuNAND) SD Card into your 3DS
8. Start your 3DS, execute Exploit and start SaveDataFiler
9. Now you can follow A8 for eShop or B5 for .3ds/.3dz

Those steps are:

1. Switch to SD and highlight your TitleID for the cart save you just extracted
2. Press R+A and then A to import your Savegame to the titleID of the CIA game you want to use the save with
3. Press Home, select the cia game and press two times A to start

Usually the game cardtridge or the Sky3ds.

I just read that you don't have it anymore, I don't know other ways tho

Hey guys, since I will get unbanned I could use some help. So question 2. still remains unanswered, is there a way to implement .sav 3ds saves to cfw?
Also an other thing. I set up menuhax to type2 option but it still boots to sysnand and not emunand, how can I fix this?
