Hacking Question about unlinking..

So I got Rx emunand, and I have question about unlinking.
Im kinda afraid about my downloaded stuff..
I have sm4sh and acnl. I have backup of those and Can I still play em after system format? (to unlink)

If they are in emuNAND, yes. There are a few exceptions (most notably VC games), but for the most part, emuNAND and sysNAND function independent of eachother as if they are two different systems. If you format sysNAND, emuNAND will still exist, and vice versa. Just make sure to remove your SD card when formatting sysNAND.

Not that when your NANDs are still linked, they will both think they are the same system, and thus they will share the same data; however, formatting one doesn't format the other.

Linked NANDs vs unlinked NANDs is just prefference. You don't have to unlink your NANDs if you don't want to.

That's correct, you can update emuNAND in rxMode, and sysNAND will remain exactly as it is. Just make sure to take a backup of your emuNAND so you can restore back if the update breaks anything.

Install your .CIA files to emuNAND.
