I got it to work just fine after several tries.

- System: N3DS
- Sysnand: 10.3.0-28U
- Booted HBL with: Menuhax 2.1
- Homebrew Version: Default Launcher
- How many tries before FBI worked: Worked on my second try, though I couldn't install anything.
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation 'worked': Something around the 30's, I lost track after 23.
- Did it work: It did! My trick is to hold L and spam A when FBI is loading (which I saw others doing to success) I installed 6 games, and they all work perfect.

Thank you kind sir I just downgraded my O3ds to 9.2. I have a N3ds 10.3 with Ironhax but I heard its unstable to DG it
