I suggest you use menuhax, i tried with ironhax and could never get past the cleaning stage.

Don't bother starting the application if it says "Cleaning up..." because you'll get this error. Just reboot.

You need to update it from eshop and you need an EUR 3DS to access Europe's eshop.
It's a dead end for USA users (like me).

It should be fine, Menuhax gets rid of your custom themes, and your eShop games can take a few seconds to load into the menu.
