Huh, now that is quite curious indeed. My theory is that since you seem to be placing it on your gateway NAND it thinks it's on the SD card but it's actually on the NAND so the paths don't match up. Is there any way to place it on the SD card and not on your NAND?

how do you mean it (sry i am a bit stupid today)

No problem. I'm not exactly sure how the EmuNAND works on lower firmwares since I'm on 10.3 myself so I can't test it. Are you placing the files in your EmuNAND partition or just directly on the SD card? CHMM2 would work because it doesn't use hardcoded directories in its source code, Tinker does unfortunately.

nice, thanks for this
My pleasure, I hope it's useful.

but there is an entry named System.currentdirectory("/Themes/")

isnt this a problem?
Nope, it needs to load the resources before it CD's to /Themes/. Usually this isn't a problem because lpp-3ds sets the homebrew app's folder to the default working directory, but in some special cases such as yours, the default working directory is simply root so /. In this case, we need to CD into /3ds/Tinker so it can find all the PNG and TTF files and display them, then we can CD to /Themes/ to load the themes. The reason you get the black screens is because it can't find any of the PNG or TTF files.
