Well like any badge, drag and drop SysBadge on clean block. Complete, all works

Sorry, I should have been more specific. How would someone make an image on a pc and save it to work as a sysbadge?

Name the image "[Badge Name].[TIDLow].png" where [Badge Name] is the name you want the badge to be identified as, and [TIDLow] is a title ID corresponding to the app you want it to launch. All the title IDs you can use can be found here. Make sure to use the correct TIDLow for your region or it won't work.

Nope, only system apps can have launcher badges (Mii Maker, Mii Plaza, 3DS Camera/Sound, etc.).

Of course, they're just images. But launcher badges need to be linked to the proper title for your region.

Yeah. GYTB makes it even easier for you so you can basically just take any icon for anything on the Internet then bam, you have a badge.

Thanks all you guys! New update in 2 days with all badges sorted correctly and lots and tons of new personal and all the badges here + Badges link of ALL the badges existing on the OP! With that badges, we can see wheres missing and, if one badges is missing, like many of Pokemon, just download them form the link, that badges are a RAW images, so:
1.- They aren't from the GYTB tool
2.- They aren't similar to even the same ones extracted with GYTB
3.- All the bigger badges (64x128-128x64-128x128-etc) Are in 64x64 Like for example, the Majoras Mask Moon
Even when you feel that all the badges that can exist are on that link, remember this things, so only use link, when:
1.- The badge your looking for isnt on the rar files
2.- You want a big badge on 64x64 format
3.- Er... idk, just want to make a 3rd option to match the above one xD

I know badge data can exist without it being installed but I'm not sure if you can do without ever instaling it at least once. Probably yes.
