In case you're paranoid, you can download md5sum.exe or winmd5free (for Windows) and run it against your files. You should get the following for N3DS/O3DS (USA). sysUpdater.zip is the latest julian20 build. The numbers below should match your files.

Can somebody please tell me if after I downgrade, would I lose all my apps and eshop account?
I ask this because when I downgraded my old 3ds 2 years ago (9.2 to 4.2) I lost all my files.

were you using the lastest build? where did you download sysUpdate? i mean is it the one that installs SAFEMODE first?

Go for browserhax first, after that you can fix ironhax, oot, menuhax, anything.
