  1. Power off 3DS
  2. Turn it on and load menuhax
  3. Open GameYob
  4. Exit GameYob with L-R-Down-B
  5. Load the modded FBI
  6. Spam A (like mash)
  7. Select the CIA
  8. If all goes well, it should install
10.3 n3DS menuhax
Worked first try for me.

"Install failed!
Source: SOURCE_AM_START_CIA_INSTALL (0x13)"

Gonna keep trying, I want to believe!

- System: o3DS XL
- Sysnand: 10.3
- Booted HBL with: MenuHax v2.1
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation worked: twice
- Did it work: Yes

I installed Mario Kart 7

Do you need twice the size of the cia in free space before you put it on the SD card or after?
Before, because the CIA will end up 2 times in your SD.

The first time is when you copy it over to install, then FBI will install the CIA again on your SD, after you're done you can delete the first one.

Ok some helpfull picture for everybody in Europe!

This is what I was assuming, thank you (and rufus) for the confirmation

O3DS 9.9U
Using Menuhax with Mashers mode
Installed Mario and Luigi Dream Team without problems.

Would someone be so kind to PM me a link to get Legit CIAs? Ive been looking for hours and all Ive gotten are broken links.

So they work like any other legit cia except it can be from any region?
Essentially. It basically means that if you inserted a Pokemon X cartridge from the US, it would work on a JP 3DS. Or at least, I think so. I don't know if physical copies are region-locked.
