For those asking for the site we're using for CIAs; it's "chaos" in there, and an important date to look for is 06/10/2015. Hopefully that's vague enough for you animals.

Tried at least 50 times on new 3ds 9.5 every entry point and wouldn't work kept freezing on done part so decided to update to 10.3 and download old ironfall and used that didn't work first 2 times turned wifi off cause it was on still from updating and it's worked. Not sure the wifi thing helped but I've successfully installed legit cia on 10.3

For Europe:

First check how much space is used on your current SD
If you don't have eShop games bought and don't have to much Homebrew on your SD, Then 16GB will do for almost all Legit CIA's (leaving you not to much space on the SD for other stuff)

Just do the following and you should be OK with 16GB, else go get a 32GB SD!
- Pokémon Alpha Sapphire (or Omega Ruby, not both)
- Pokémon X (or Y, not both)
- Monster Hunter 4 (or 3, not both)
- You need to be a DJ for the files a bit to get it installed all :P

If you want to have all + Homebrew + all other bought eShop game syou have, 32GB is needed!

Just some info i like to give :P
