Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Any way to check if a cia is legit? I downloaded a few long ago and want to be sure before installing them

This FBI build cannot install non legit CIAs, if it installs, it is legit.

finally got it working on 10.3 with Ironhax.

I launched hbl from ironhax, then i opened ftbrony then pressed L + R + DOWN + B for force return to hbl, then i opened FBI and i installed the legit cias without problems

why doesnt l r down b work for me

- System: o3DS
- Sysnand: 10.3
- Booted HBL with: MenuHax v2.1
- Homebrew Version: Mashers HBL Mod with Grid Layout
- How many tries before FBI worked: too many for me to count
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation worked: see above
- Did it work: Yes

They might try it and see that it's broken, then you'll be arrested for fraud.

Or, if you got it recently, you might get an exchange if you say it was broken when you opened it.

Actually, something like this happened with the memchunkhax2 PoC. By using Mashers mod, it always works.

Actually, something like this happened with the memchunkhax2 PoC. By using Mashers mod, it always works.

I'm using Masher's mod, and it's not working. Still trying, it seems to get to "Cleaning Up..." and then I push A, doesn't install, reboot. Sometimes it freezes before that. Thinking I'm gonna wait for a full release.
